Agency Preparedness & Emergency Services
In November 2005, Thrive formed an Emergency Task Force to look at emergency planning and response efforts within the nonprofit sector and local community in San Mateo County.
This initiative was made possible in part by the generous support of The Sequoia Healthcare District and the United Way of the Bay Area.

Thrive Emergency Preparedness Initiative
Thrive formed the Emergency Services Task Force to fill in the gap created by the closure of Collaborating Agencies Responding to Disasters (CARD) of San Mateo County in 2006. The task force is a wonderful cross-sector collaborative that share relevant resources and information.
Thanks to major funding from the Sequoia Healthcare District, Thrive is helping fellow nonprofits with emergency preparedness. Special thanks go out to the United Way of the Bay Area for joining the support of the Sequoia Healthcare District.
