Help Your Employees Give Back To Where They Live And Work

Become an official OnBoard partner* - help your employees find a cause they are passionate about. Serving on a nonprofit board can be personally and professionally rewarding for many volunteers, helping them advance their careers and get networked, while they give back to the communities where they live and work.

Thrive OnBoard is an annual networking event that matches local nonprofits with potential board members and volunteers. As an official partner, your organization will be provided with detailed written materials to communicate this opportunity to your employees as well as rewarded with OnBoard partner benefits and recognition.

*OnBoard partnership and sponsorship opportunities for members will be announced in January 2019.
