Join us for a session to dive deeper into these questions and get you on the path towards using them more efficiently and effectively. We'll spend the first part of the session reviewing the basics of CRMs, best practices to think about as you are implementing them, as well as highlight some example use cases. Then go deeper into Salesforce, reviewing its capabilities and functionality - and how your organization can access expertise from skilled volunteers to help you along your journey. Bring your laptop to this workshop in order to explore Salesforce as a new user, or to have your questions answered about your existing Salesforce account!
