Let Democracy Work for You by Becoming an Informed Voter!

The League of Women Voters of North and Central San Mateo is sponsoring an hour-long program at several locations in San Mateo County on the following topics: 

  • Where, when, and how to vote. The first part of the program will provide an overview of the new voting system in San Mateo County that will give voters more ways and more days to vote. 
  • Pros and cons of the state and regional propositions. The second part of the program is a nonpartisan, easy to understand analysis of the pros and cons of the five ballot propositions and one regional measure on the June 2018 ballot. 

All of the following events are open to the public: 

  • Thursday, May 10, 7:00 pm - Martin Luther King Community Center
  • Friday, May 11, 2:00 pm - SSF Library, Grand branch
  • Monday, May 14, 7:00 pm - San Carlos Library
  • Monday, May 14, 7:00 pm - South San Francisco Library, main branch
  • Thursday, May 17, 6:30 pm - Half Moon Bay Library
