Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center – Director of Core Programs

We are looking for a Director of Core Programs to lead our Core Programs Department (CDP), the agency’s department that supports PCRC’s core competencies: mediation, facilitation, training, and coaching. The ideal candidate is committed to support a shared leadership model, cross-sector collaboration and eradicating violence through conflict resolution and restorative practices. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, passionate, creative, a motivated strategic thinker and reliable executer, supporting a team of staff and volunteers who are essential in our service to over 14,000 individuals across the region on an annual basis.

United Way Bay Area – Director, CSR Sales and Business Development

The Director, CSR Sales and Business Development will play a vital role in developing client interest, selling, and closing contracts with Bay Area businesses for the revolutionary Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud (SPC). The platform was launched by Salesforce and the United Way in June, 2018, and is now being sold by United Ways across North America. This is a top-to-bottom, roll-up-your-shirt-sleeves kind of job. It includes everything from developing business cases and financial models to negotiating pricing and closing contracts, to administrative support, scheduling, and tracking activities.
