Encore Fellowships match skilled, seasoned professionals with paid, high impact assignments in the social impact sector. People wishing to transition to the non-profit world work 1000 hours, typically part-time, while receiving a stipend, education, networking and participating as a cohort of like-minded individuals.

*    A major city in Silicon Valley needs someone to create an employee

development program and change management for Department of Public Works

*    A major city in Silicon Valley needs someone to develop and

implement a project plan and provide executive coaching to members in the

Mayor's and Independent Police Auditor's office for the Community Trust in

Law Enforcement project

*    A major nonprofit needs someone to identify job opportunities for

disabled adults and conduct career and job coaching.

  • Explore the social impact sector, learn how to transfer your skills to a new career path

  • Earn a paid stipend of $25,000 for 1,000 hours of work, typically part-time for a year

  • Receive education, establish new contacts and create a personal network, and join a cohort of peers
