The Site based Program Supervisor is responsible for the operational oversight and supervision of the assigned learning campus program and to ensure that the program fulfills its philosophy and mission as a high quality adult and employment services education program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Align program design with agency strategic direction and Employment First principles and current vocational and human services best practices
Supervise program curriculum development and manage class schedules
Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate performance of program staff
Develop and model appropriate modification techniques and create behavioral plans to respond to challenging behaviors and increase engagement
Oversee case management and all related documentation and reports
Administer accurate documentation of program activities, attendance, billing, etc.
Oversee program operations and monitor staff ratios according to ADA,cost spending, manage budget, and report revenue and program outcomes
Responsible for production contracts, billing and associated paperwork
Responsible for production DOL compliance, piecework and time studies
Support program intake activities to ensure target ADA is met
Support Learning Campus Manager to manage parent/family relations; orient new families, manage parent communication, and create opportunities for parent involvement
Drive agency vehicles as needed (transporting participants to events, etc.).
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION
Ability to provide effective supervision of program staff
Ability to manage program budget, monthly reporting, and summarize outcomes
Ability to develop developmentally appropriate curriculum and provide engaging instruction to participants with various developmental levels, skill sets, and behaviors
B.A. or M.A. in relevant field preferred
Minimum three (3) years of experience with program and staff supervision, serving adults with developmental disabilities.
