My Digital TAT2 (MDT2) is seeking a Program Manager to join our team. This is an exciting and important time for My Digital TAT2 and the youth and families we serve. We are building on our strength with dynamic new leadership, talented staff members, visionary co-founders, supportive Board members, engaged donors and amazing community partners. What the Program Manager does:
Master the MDT2 program and deliver the workshops to children in grades 3 to 9.
Document the MDT2 school aged curriculum into lesson plans.
Provide support for evaluating success of initiatives.
Create opportunities to promote initiatives at key professional and public forums.
Assess our current growth trajectory and offer new models for program delivery such as “train the trainer”.
Design new programs and apply content expertise to new initiatives.
In concert with our VP of Community Engagement, support the recruitment of our teen advisors, summer student interns, and educator advisory members.
Research and pursue new funding opportunities and grants both alone and with our partners.
Represent My Digital TAT2 in the community and at events.
In concert with the VP of Program Development and Training, support educator recruitment and training.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, advanced in PowerPoint).
Experience with on-the-ground program execution, including classroom-based facilitation and teaching.
Experience creating curriculum for 3rd-7th graders.
Ability to craft professional, evidence-based presentations and reports.
Highly collaborative, especially in regard to strategy development and creative execution.
Ability to shift attention to address changing priorities during high volume work periods.
High level of accountability and ability to report clearly about performance.
Highly flexible and able to thrive in a small, creative environment.
Familiarity with social media/gaming/recreational technology is important for this position.
Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing.
Committed to continuous learning and self-improvement.
Able to build strong and meaningful relationships.
