In addition to offering attendees a few moments of comfort and solidarity, this interactive self-care/mental health online session provides practical strategies and useful resources to improve your emotional well-being. The event will include a unique stress-management toolbox and information about our mind-body connection during long periods of stress, and how best to cope.
