Thrive Wellness Wednesdays

Whether we are working from home or working onsite, we are all personally affected by the pandemic. We have gone through and continue to go through periods of loss, grief, fear, and feeling overwhelmed. As we navigate these challenging times together, let us discover techniques to destress and build resilience so that we can better connect with ourselves and others.

We invite you to join Thrive and the County of San Mateo Employee Wellness Team to our recurring virtual series: Wellness Wednesdays, beginning in January, 2022. These sessions will be held on the second Wednesday of every other month. From self-massage to mindful art, to movement exercises to meditation, we’ll explore a variety of ways that we can take care of ourselves for optimal health and well-being. Collaborative and engaging activities will help participants learn various techniques and healthy habits that can be immediately applied to daily life at and outside of work.

Our speakers throughout the series will include County Wellness Team members, behavioral health specialists, massage therapists, and art facilitators. We hope you and your team will join us!
