Puente: Volunteer Work Day

Puente is hosting a Volunteer Work Day to address essential projects at their recently acquired farmworker housing property. Volunteers are needed to assist with tasks such as cleaning and organizing, clearing overgrown weeds, and removing outdoor trash. The event is scheduled for Saturday, January 17th, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 429 North Street in Pescadero, CA. Interested individuals can sign up by contacting Bridgitte Deacon at bdeacon@mypuente.org or by calling (650) 262-5998. Puente will provide snacks and lunch for all volunteers. Attendees are encouraged to bring a hat, closed-toed shoes, work gloves, a water bottle, and any tools they can offer, such as blowers, garden hoes, weedwhackers, and pitchforks.
