Strategic Planning Cohort

A dynamic coaching and training program designed to help nonprofits create and execute a practical, adaptable strategic plan for long-term success. Through expert guidance, peer collaboration, and exclusive resources, participants will develop a clear roadmap to strengthen leadership, fundraising, and organizational impact. Thrive is honored to partner with Eric Ryan, cofounder of Mission Met, to help nonprofits create a dynamic strategic plan. Thank you to the generous contributions of Silicon Valley Community Foundation for making this possible.

Behind them on the wall are two large screens displaying a building with a blue sky. The individuals are dressed in casual and holiday-themed attire, smiling at the camera.

Executive Peer Coaching

The Executive Peer Coaching Series offers nonprofit leaders a trusted space to connect, reflect, and grow alongside their peers. Exclusive to executive directors, participants gain practical guidance and candid insights while exchanging experiences on the challenges and opportunities of leadership. The series is designed to foster a supportive and confidential environment where leaders can strengthen their skills, build lasting connections, and uncover strategies to sustain and scale their organizations. Led by Bart Charlow, former CEO of Samaritan House, these sessions spark candid dialogue amongst peers to think critically, tackle their professional challenges, and lead with confidence. Our Executive Peer Coaching Cohorts are currently full. If you are interested in being considered for future cohorts, please contact our Programs and Operations Manager, Nicole Nash, or fill out our interest form below.

“Executive Peer Coaching provided a trusted space for honest, meaningful conversations with fellow nonprofit leaders. Bart’s direct, experienced coaching offered practical guidance without prescribing solutions. Each session offered relevant insights and practical takeaways I could apply right away. For nonprofit leaders who don’t have access to an executive coach or mentor, this program is an incredibly valuable resource. In our busy roles, we rarely take time to invest in ourselves—but this program has helped me grow into a stronger, more resilient leader for my organization.”
