Zellerbach Family Foundation, Grove Foundation: DACA Webinar

Zellerbach Family Foundation, Grove Foundation: DACA Webinar

DACA—the Obama-era remedy providing temporary legal status to undocumented children and youth—is headed back to the U.S. Supreme Court and may not survive. To protect DACA recipients, a group of practitioners and advocates are working on a program to provide DACAmented individuals with permanent legal relief. Please join Zellerbach Family Foundation (ZFF), Grove Foundation, Path2Papers, and Justice Action Center (JAC) for an important webinar on supporting DACA recipients through employment-based immigration remedies. Learn about exciting opportunities for nonprofit and public employers to provide legalization options for their DACAmented staff. Get connected to free resources from Path2Papers for individual DACA recipients to be screened for eligibility and for their employers to obtain pro-bono representation with sponsorship applications.

This is a webinar that is open to staff members and organizations that work with immigrants and DACA recipients. The webinar is aimed at helping organizations learn more about how they can participate in programs related to retention and hiring, and is open to all staff members who are interested in learning more about these programs.
