Friends for Youth: Partnerships Coordinator

Friends for Youth is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator. The Partnerships Coordinator will coordinate and implement supporting services for youth and families through the Whole Health for Youth (WHY) Initiative. The WHY Initiative is a multi-agency partnership that strives to improve youth mental health by providing accessible wellness programs, education, and resources for youth and those who support them. The Partnerships Coordinator will oversee grant logistics and activities by supporting collaborative event coordination, program planning, referrals to services, partnership development, evaluations, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant education and experience demonstrating

  • Minimum B.A. degree or equivalent experience and t experience 3-year + related work experience.

  • Experience and passion for working with underserved youth and families.

  • Grant writing/ reporting experience.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of local community and resources.

  • Ability to establish collaborative relationships with community partners and support them to achieve collective goals.

  • Strong project management skills including goal setting, tracking progress, negotiating metrics, and coordinating initiatives among multiple agencies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking experience.

  • Results-oriented, strong initiative, and excellent judgment.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other program-related software, knowledge of Google Drive and associated products (e.g., Docs, Sheets), and Slack communications platform.

SALARY RANGE FOR THIS POSITION

$45,000 - $50,000 plus generous benefits that include 100% medical premium coverage, life Insurance, a dental stipend of $250 per calendar year, 13 paid holiday days, 12 paid sick and mental health days (no carryover), 10 days vacation year (50% carryover), and 403b retirement plan with 4% matching FFY contribution.

Schedule

Full-time 40 hours per week, Hybrid Role.
