Friends of Stevens Creek Trail – Executive Director

This is a paid, part-time staff position for the Friends of Stevens Creek Trail, a 501(c)(3) organization.  We’re looking for someone who has passion for our mission; previous experience in a leadership role in a non-profit is highly desirable, but not required. Demonstrated success at fundraising from corporate donors is a strong plus. The executive director reports to the President of the Board of Directors and works with the entire Board but is not a member of the Board.

Masterworks Chorale – Executive Director

The Executive Director is the Chief Executive Officer of Masterworks Chorale. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and ensures that the organization achieves its mission and meets its financial objectives. The Executive Director is responsible for many aspects of season planning, fundraising, finance, marketing, administrative functions, and personnel management.

Caminar – Director of Case Management

The Director of Case Management (DCM) is responsible for leadership of Caminar’s San Mateo regional case management programs (REACH, FSP, New Ventures, WRAP) as well as its supported housing services. The DCM is a member of the regional senior leadership team and is responsible for the development and implementation of policies and programs that will contribute to overall success. The DCM acts as a liaison with government agencies, the community and the public relative to funding, contracts and delivery of services. The DCM supervises staff both directly and indirectly through intermediary supervisors.

San Mateo County Community College District (SMCCCD) – Foundation Development Director

The Foundation seeks a Development Director who is poised to make a meaningful impact on the trajectory of the Foundation and student success at SMCCCD. Reporting to Foundation’s Executive Director, the Foundation Development Director is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and implementing contributed income programs, including major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, special events, and faculty and staff giving for the benefit of scholarships and special programs at the SMCCCD’s three colleges (Skyline College, Cañada College, and College of San Mateo).

Silicon Valley Council of Nonprofits – CEO

The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic vision and leadership on matters of governance, mission, advocacy, programs, and operations. The executive responsibilities include overseeing all SVCN’s activities and services; broadening the visibility and profile of the organization; building and maintaining relationships with diverse constituencies, decision makers, and influencers that will enhance SVCN’s overall impact and influence in the community; diversifying and growing the financial resources; developing the team, infrastructure, processes, and systems; and serving as an organizational spokesperson.

Youth Community Service – Palo Alto Interim Youth Program Director

The interim YCS Palo Alto youth program director will oversee and implement all Palo Alto youth programs including high school service clubs, middle school service programs, middle and high school days of service, and a high school leaders’ program. The director must also build and maintain positive relationships with other YCS employees and community partners. The position also offers the possibility of summer employment through the YCS Summer of Service Program.

Youth Community Service – East Palo Alto Youth Program Director

The East Palo Alto youth program director will supervise, manage, and support a small team of program facilitators that lead our East Palo Alto youth programs. Programs are located at Sequoia Union High School District and Ravenswood City School District. The director must also build and maintain positive relationships with other YCS employees, district employees, and community partners.

Coastside Hope – Executive Director

The Executive Director is accountable to the Board of Directors. He or she implements policies established by the Board of Directors; establishes and executes major goals and objectives for the organization; and provides leadership, direction and guidance of the organization’s activities. He or she is responsible for the oversight of all programs and has the overall responsibility for budget and financial management; staffing; program development and implementation; and fundraising from private foundations, public agencies and individual donors. The successful candidate will be a leader, administrator and fundraiser, and will have a passion to provide community-based services to those who are disenfranchised and in greatest need.

Gatepath – Help Me Grow Call Center Manager

The Call Center Manager, with support from the Gatepath Family Support Services Director and Manager, is responsible for launching the Help Me Grow call center and outreach in San Mateo County. HMG is a national model that builds collaboration across service sectors, including health care, early care and education, and family support. In San Mateo County, HMG is a grant-funded program that will offer families opportunities to ensure the optimal health of their children age 0-5 by supporting early identification of developmental concerns and providing referral(s) to link them to customized community resources. 

Peninsula Family Service – Site Supervisor Redwood CDC

Site Supervisors are responsible for the implementation, management and administration of the Early Learning Program at their site. This includes, but is not limited to: carrying out the program philosophy; training and personnel management; classroom activities, program philosophy and curriculum; and parent education and involvement. This position is responsible for the implementation of program strategies and results that take into consideration program quality, financial sustainability by managing the site’s budget, meeting the terms and conditions of our funding sources, and having a positive impact on our services, families, children and staff.

Boys & Girls Clubs of North San Mateo County – Site Director, Sunshine Gardens Elementary Clubhouse

The Site Director provides leadership and management of the daily operations and program delivery at Sunshine Gardens Elementary School in South San Francisco. In this role, the Site Director provides supervision of youth and staff, advises on facilities and safety tasks, and is the key community relations and membership administrator for the Site. A member of the Program Leadership Team, the Site Director helps facilitate a culture of learning and growth among team members.

Boys & Girls Clubs of North San Mateo County – Senior Director of Programs

BGCNSMC is currently seeking an exceptional and dynamic leader as the Senior Director of Programs reporting to the CEO. The Senior Director of Program’s primary responsibilities will overall program operations, which include: oversight of program design, delivery, strategy and expansion, organizational leadership, program staff management (i.e., coaching, professional development, and training), and consistent monitoring of after-school and out of school programs at multiple community and school sites.
