CORA – Human Resources Manager

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR processes, procedures, and systems for employment practices that align with compliance and business objectives. This position will drive the evaluation and implementation of standard operating procedures and systems needed to build infrastructure. This position is also responsible for the full cycle employee administration, HR compliance/policies and daily operations of the HR department. This position is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional to grow into a Senior Leadership role.

NPower – Recruitment and Admissions Manager

NPower seeks a committed and passionate Recruiting and Admissions Manager to work with the San Jose, CA NPower team. The Recruiting and Admissions Manager will be responsible for recruiting students into the program and manage administrative affairs. They will do this by working closely with students, alumni, staff members, and community partners to support positive student outcomes, high-quality programming, and a constantly improving model of service delivery. This position will also advise several students, and be expected to work closely with the students, maintain an environment of trust and nurture, and engage with them on a daily basis in ways that contribute to both the students’ and the organization’s success.

Caminar – Regional Human Resource Manager

This role serves as an HR business partner to leaders within the Agency to support building organizational structures and develop supervisors, managers and department directors. The Regional Human Resource Manager (RHRM) has broad responsibility to assess and develop leadership capability and succession planning.  Additionally the RHRM creates, implements and maintains development of career paths and learning/training programs to support current and future Agency objectives.

Caminar – Human Resource Operations Specialist

The Human Resource Operations Specialist supports operations of the HR department and compliance.  The HROS is directly responsible for managing the HRIS, learning management system and compliance.  Uses discretion and judgement in developing and maintaining human resources database systems.  Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems in relation to organizational data needs that help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the agency.
