Kainos is looking for a uniquely qualified individual to manage Petes’ Place, a residential care facility for the elderly that specifically focuses on the needs of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities who also are facing challenges associated with aging including dementia, fall risk, aphasia and other conditions.
This position will focus primarily on Acton Family Giving and Solidarity Giving. The two donor advised funds have a yearly grantmaking budget of $25M, which is distributed through approximately 300 grants. The Grants Manager is responsible for grant-related administration and management. They design, implement, and monitor workflow processes and procedures for grantmaking, including the application, review, grants meeting, and award activities for the entities. The Grants Manager is also involved in the initial screening of potential grantees and monitoring ongoing grants. The Grants Manager works closely with grantees, staff, board members, and outside vendors to ensure the smooth operation of the donor advised funds.

The Director of Case Management (DCM) is responsible for leadership of Caminar’s San Mateo regional case management programs (REACH, FSP, New Ventures, WRAP) as well as its supported housing services. The DCM is a member of the regional senior leadership team and is responsible for the development and implementation of policies and programs that will contribute to overall success. The DCM acts as a liaison with government agencies, the community and the public relative to funding, contracts and delivery of services. The DCM supervises staff both directly and indirectly through intermediary supervisors.

Healthy Cities Tutoring is seeking a qualified applicant to serve as a Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator reports to the Executive Director and will be responsible for coordination of the tutoring program, primarily at schools located in Redwood City. This position also assists in community outreach, tutor recruitment, training, program communications, fundraising, and general administration duties as an integral member of the Healthy Cities Tutoring staff.
The Call Center Manager, with support from the Gatepath Family Support Services Director and Manager, is responsible for launching the Help Me Grow call center and outreach in San Mateo County. HMG is a national model that builds collaboration across service sectors, including health care, early care and education, and family support. In San Mateo County, HMG is a grant-funded program that will offer families opportunities to ensure the optimal health of their children age 0-5 by supporting early identification of developmental concerns and providing referral(s) to link them to customized community resources.

Site Supervisors are responsible for the implementation, management and administration of the Early Learning Program at their site.
