The AI4NP Learning Lab, led by AI experts and MCed by bestselling author Darian Rodriguez Heyman, will bring together nonprofit and foundation professionals, consultants, and changemakers from across the San Francisco Bay Area on October 6, 2026. Sponsored by Diligent and co-hosted by Center for Excellence in Nonprofits (CEN) and The Nonprofit Fundraising Forum, this hands-on workshop will explore how human-centered artificial intelligence can help nonprofits unlock new possibilities and advance their missions.

Attendees will gain practical tools and strategies for responsible AI adoption, including fundraising, marketing, community engagement, and program delivery. The one-day Learning Lab will feature expert-led workshops, networking opportunities, and guidance on AI basics, risk mitigation, and prompt engineering. Each delegate will also receive a free, signed copy of AI for Nonprofits. Last year’s Silicon Valley Learning Lab sold out with more than 130 nonprofits represented, so early registration is encouraged.
