Developed by the multisector Shared Prosperity Coordinating Council, local leaders, and numerous community partners, the EMAP offers a data-driven framework and strategies to ensure that San Mateo County is a place where everyone can thrive. This includes opportunities for good careers, strong neighborhoods, and the chance to build a bright future for both current and future generations.
